Lemon Labels have recently invested again in our fleet of label converting machines to ensure that we continue to expand our capabilities and capacity to meet the growing demand for labels of all types.
This investment saw us purchase our third Daco Solutions machine, a new DF350SR digital label finishing machine, this machine boasts a huge range of features, from a 350mm web width to both semi-rotary and full-rotary die cutting to registration, the flexo printing and coating station also allows for flood coating, tinting single colour print and varnish.
And if that wasn't enough it also has UV curing so that we can use the best quality UV inks to produce vibrant colours that are both water and chemical resistant.
We had absolutely no doubt in purchasing another machine from Daco Solutions and as always the service was top notch, the install and training went smoothly and we were up and running the same day.
Over the coming weeks you'll see us expand our range of flood coated thermal labels available from stock.
